We bought fresh bread at the bakery beside the pool and prepared for breakfast. The Philippines has Spanish culture during the 16th century. This bread also comes from Spanish culture and I felt it was quite different from Japanese bread. For better or for worse, American culture entered Japan in the 19th century.
